Hardin, Binnquist Top Qualifiers for 2023 California 300

2023 Mint 400 Unlimited Truck winner Eric Hardin and UNLTD Off-Road Racing UTV Pro Turbo points leader Bruce Binnquist topped Friday’s qualifying sessions for the 2023 California 300 in their respective groups. Hardin’s 7:50.081 was more than four seconds better than anyone else in the car and truck groups, while Binnquist’s 8:24.425 paced the UTV divisions as he took top qualifying honors for the second year in a row.

California 300 Weekend Kicks Off With Second Annual Poker Run, Off-Road Festival

The second annual California 300 is in full swing in Barstow, as Thursday morning’s second annual California 300 Poker Run opened the course to the general public before three full days of racing on Friday through Sunday, and finishers were greeted by the Off-Road Festival on the Start/Finish Midway. Hundreds of off-road enthusiasts got to hit the desert in pre-runners, UTVs, and other non-race machines, making five pre-determined stops along their lap of the course to make the best poker hand and try to win cash and prizes, before checking out dozens of the biggest brands in the sport on the midway.

Second Annual California 300 Off-Road Race Returns to Barstow October 4-8

After a highly successful debut that marked the return of desert racing to Southern California last October, the California 300 Off-Road Race is set to return to Barstow, CA, from October 4-8. The event will attract hundreds of competitors, tens of thousands of fans, and many of the sport’s biggest brands. Attendees can look forward to a jam-packed weekend featuring off-road racing, camping, and entertainment.

200 Volunteers Take on California 300 Desert Clean-Up presented by Tread Lightly!

Festivities for the second annual California 300 are officially underway, as Saturday’s Desert Clean-Up presented by Tread Lightly! kicked off the return of off-road racing to Barstow, California. A passionate crew of 200 volunteers spent the morning just south of downtown Barstow cleaning up five tons of trash from the event staging area in preparation for next week’s race action.
