Biography

NTDRacing is a “young” team owned by David Pryor, a retired Air Force fighter pilot. Denny LeBow is the Driver of Record for The Mint 400 and the team is racing their 1979 Jeep J10 that was custom built in 2020 by owner David Pryor as a budget build truck. The initial cost to build the truck, which the team calls “Honcho”, was under $20K. In 2022 Honcho finished first in class at the Vegas to Reno race. This will be the team’s second attempt racing The Mint 400. Last year, while the team did not finish the race, they did raise over $25,000 for the military challenge and officially handed a check over to Folds of Honor in a ceremony at the CA300. The team consists of an eclectic group of family and friends with experiences ranging from military, law enforcement, nuclear engineer, medical to a ski patroller in vail. Desert racing and the goal of finishing Baja 1000 keeps the team motivated. The team will also be supporting Chad Burris tomorrow who will be running his first Mint.
