Biography

By day, I’m a Telecom Director. On the weekend, I’m a desert dirt bike racer with a talent for finding every hidden rock, unexpected ditch, and perfectly placed cactus in the open terrain. My racing strategy is simple: go fast, hold on, and pray my front wheel doesn’t disappear into a sand wash. My ability to pick the worst possible line through a rock garden is only rivaled by my talent for running out of talent at the worst possible moment. My bike and I have an understanding: I push it to the limit, and in return, it does its best impression of a mechanical bull. Despite the endless miles of whoops, the occasional (okay, frequent) crashes, and a rock or two that definitely came out of nowhere, I keep coming back for more. There’s nothing quite like twisting the throttle, kicking up a roost, and realizing mid-air that racing was probably a bad idea.. Follow me as I continue to defy logic, push limits, and attempt to keep both wheels on the ground... or at least avoid another hospital visit
