Biography
(Drive Lap 1 and 2) (Nav Lap 4) Brian Apple is Co-Owner of 5and2 Motorsports out of Beaver Dam, WI. Their first race was last year’s Baja Nevada race where they took a 3rd place podium. This year’s Mint 400 is their second race. He has over 15 years of charity fundraising experience and is participating in the Military Challenge. So far, they have raised over $3000 for “Hope for the Warriors” Brian’s first Mint 400 was in 2019 as a spectator. The overall experience immediately hooked him on desert off-road racing and spent the next few years preparing to race. He would return to the 2020 Mint and join the TrophyLite team to help pit. From there he would provide remote pit support for TrophyLite for the 2021 Parker 425 and chase the 2021 Baja 1000 peninsula run. He was also fortunate enough to navigate for the 2022 Baja 1000 for TrophyLite. He cannot thank Jason, Josh, Gretchen, and the whole TrophyLite family enough for their love and support in mentoring us over the years!Major Wins
