BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers Aftermarket Division is proud to announce the launch of its new in-house shock service and tuning program, created to provide customers with factory-level support directly from the source. Developed in response to customer demand, the new service gives drivers and off-road enthusiasts access to professionally trained BILSTEIN technicians.

Designed around convenience and efficiency, the program offers quick turnaround times (in as little as five business days) for routine service needs, including seal refreshes, performance restoration, component inspection, and maintenance associated with normal wear and high-mileage use.

To simplify the process, BILSTEIN will accept completed coilover assemblies for service, allowing customers to send in full builds and receive them back professionally inspected and ready for competition. In addition to standard rebuilds and maintenance, the manufacturer will offer customized solutions tailored to specific vehicles, driving styles and terrain demands to help maximize performance and consistency.

The new in-house program will offer rebuilding, maintenance, inspection and tuning for a wide range of BILSTEIN applications, including:

The expanded program reflects BILSTEIN’s continued commitment to performance, reliability, and customer support across the off-road and motorsports communities.
